Terms and conditions: a player's summary

• Account holders must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to gamble where they live.
• One account per person. The same applies to phone numbers, e-mail addresses, bank accounts and IP addresses.
• The name on the account must match the bank or e-wallet used for withdrawals.
• Members must verify a mobile number and bind a payout account before claiming most promotions.

• A bonus is selected in the deposit panel before payment; one promotion per deposit.
• Rollover must be completed before withdrawal. Most deposit bonuses calculate it on deposit plus bonus.
• Cancelled bets, voided bets and bets on opposite sides of the same game do not count as valid turnover.
• While a promotion is active, bets do not earn rebate or referral commission.
• Some offers exclude providers or game types: buy-feature spins on slot bonuses, multiplier games on the live bonus, non-sportsbook games on the sports reload.
• Several sports and live bonuses must be claimed through live chat within 24 hours of the qualifying bet.
• Bonuses can expire (for example seven days for the sports welcome and reload). Unfinished bonuses and their winnings may be removed.

Game results are determined by each provider's system. If a game malfunctions, the provider's record of the round is treated as final, and bets during a malfunction may be voided. For sports, settlement follows the rules of the book you used, including how postponed matches and abandoned events are handled. Report a disputed round to live chat with the bet ID as soon as possible.
